3M PELTOR HYX5 Hygiene Kit

The 3M PELTOR HYX5 Hygiene Kit is designed to keep your PELTOR X5 Series Ear Muffs clean and extend their service life. This kit includes replaceable ear cushions and foam liners. The X5 Ear Muffs are black in color.

Regular inspection of your earmuffs is important to ensure their effectiveness. Cracked or worn parts, especially the cushions, should be replaced as needed. 3M recommends replacing foam liners and cushions at least every 6 months to maintain acceptable noise reduction, hygiene, and comfort.

The X-Series earmuffs from 3M represent the latest advancement in hearing conservation. These ear muffs combine new technologies in comfort, design, and protection. They are ideal for protecting against noise in a wide range of workplace applications.

Some examples of typical applications where the X-Series earmuffs can be used include metal processing, automotive, airports, construction, textile manufacturing, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, cement manufacturing, printing, woodworking, heavy engineering, foundry, steelworks, and mining and quarrying.
